LOS ANGELES – Kathryn Plummer led all players with 21 kills as No. 3 Stanford defeated No. 12 UCLA, Friday, at Pauley Pavilion.

Stanford (14-2) improved to 7-0 in the Pac-12 Conference, while UCLA (11-5) fell to 4-3. Both teams struggled offensively as the Cardinal hit .181 and the Bruins at .121 for the match. It is just the second time this season the Cardinal has dropped a set in a win.
