CORVALLIS, Ore. – Kathryn Plummer recorded 17 kills as No. 2 Stanford swept Oregon State, Sunday, at Gill Coliseum.
 
Stanford (13-2, 6-0 Pac-12), which hit .308, is now 65-0 all-time against the Beavers (11-7, 1-5 Pac-12). The Cardinal racked up 55 digs as a team, its most in a three-set match this season.
 
Plummer also notched 11 digs to pick up her team-best fifth double-double of the season. Redshirt senior opposite Merete Lutz recorded 10 kills, while sophomore middle blocker Audriana Fitzmorris finished with nine kills on .333 hitting.
 
Sophomore setter Jenna Gray controlled the offense with 44 assists, her most in a three-set match this year. She also tallied five digs and a crucial ace late in the third set. Sophomore libero Morgan Hentz had a match-high 18 digs, while freshman defensive specialist added five digs and two aces.
 


Stanford set the tone early, tallying 18 kills on .394 hitting in the opening set, while Oregon State managed just six kills in the opening frame.
 
Freshman Meghan McClure turned in seven kills on .389 hitting to go with 12 digs and two aces and two blocks. Junior middle blocker Tami Alade, the only player in the conference hitting over .400 on the season, posted six kills and three blocks.
 


The Beavers challenged the Cardinal in the third, pulling ahead 15-10. Stanford used a 6-1 run to close the gap and spark a come-from-behind win to close out the match.
 
Senior Mary-Kate Marshall led Oregon State with 12 kills, while freshman Maddie Goings added five kills, eight digs and four blocks for the Beavers.
 
Stanford remains on the road next week, travelling to Los Angeles to face No. 13 UCLA on Friday and No. 15 USC on Sunday. Both matches will be televised by Pac-12 Networks.
