STANFORD, Calif. – Tying a program best, four Stanford athletes were named Longstreth/NFHCA All-Region selections, as announced Monday. The Cardinal also saw four honored in 2013, 2014 and 2016.
Corinne Zanolli was named to the first team, while Kelsey Bing, Sarah Helgeson and Katie Keyser received second team honors in the West Region.
The foursome are now eligible for All-America recognition, which will be announced Dec. 5.
The honor is the third for Helgeson, second for Bing and career-firsts for Keyser and Zanolli.
The Cardinal (13-8, 4-2 AE) collected its second America East title, in only its third year in the conference en route to the program's 16th appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
Bing and Zanolli claimed America East Goalkeeper of the Year and Rookie of the Year respectively, while six Cardinal were named to the America East West Division Team.
