STANFORD, Calif. – Stanford Athletics will sponsor the Toys for Tots holiday toy drive at the next four men's and women's basketball games. The men play Friday at 7 p.m. PT against Denver and Sunday at 3 p.m. PT against San Francisco. The women play Saturday at 2 p.m. PT against UNLV and Monday at 7 p.m. PT against Western Illinois.
Anyone who donates an unwrapped or unused toy, or stuffed animal will receive a $5 upper reserved baseline ticket or a $7 upper reserved corner ticket to Friday's and Sunday's men's basketball contests. Fans who donate unwrapped or unused toys will receive a $6 general admission ticket for Saturday's and Monday's women's games. One discounted ticket per donation.
Friday is also National Cupcake Day. Fans in attendance at Friday's men's basketball game are invited to frost and decorate cupcakes on the concourse in celebration of the special day. Select women's basketball student-athletes will be signing autographs after Saturday's game against UNLV.
