Super Bowl Bound

Johnson Bademosi • CB/ST • New England Patriots • Sixth season • @J_Bademosi24

Bademosi played one defensive snap and 22 special teams snaps in New England's dramatic 24-20 win over Jacksonville in the AFC Championship game on Sunday. Bademosi was a healthy scratch a week earlier, but a season-ending injury to cornerback Jonathan Jones all but guarantees he will suit up for Super Bowl LII.

Zach Ertz • TE • Philadelphia Eagles • Fifth season • @ZErtz_86

Ertz shined in Philadelphia's 38-7 win over Minnesota in the NFC Championship game on Sunday, catching all eight of his targets for 93 yards. He led the Eagles in targets, receptions and receiving yards, earning an 88.4 grade from Pro Football Focus. Five of his receptions picked up first downs, including four on third down. Four of his receptions came with Harrison Smith as the primary defender – an All Pro, Smith's 97.0 grade from Pro Football Focus is the highest of any NFL safety.

Cameron Fleming • OT • New England Patriots • Fourth season • @cammyjfresh

Fleming was outstanding in New England's 24-20 win against Jacksonville on Sunday, earning the third-highest Pro Football Focus grade (85.2) of any Patriot. Fleming allowed just two pressures on 43 passing plays, frequently matching up against the likes of Calais Campbell, Malik Jackson and Yannick Ngakoue. Fleming and the Patriots offensive line will have its hands full in Super Bowl LII against Fletcher Cox and Philadelphia's elite defense, which leads the NFL with a +247.2 cumulative rating, according to PFF.

Jordan Richards • S • New England Patriots • Third season

Richards played six defensive snaps and 26 special teams snaps (87 percent), the most of any player, in New England's 24-20 win over Jacksonville in the AFC Championship on Sunday. Richards has a chance to claim his second Super Bowl ring in his three seasons with the Patriots.
