Gameday Hours and Will Call
The Laird Q. Cagan box office is located adjacent the general admission entrance across from the Varsity Lot and opens 1 1/2 hour prior to game time and remains open through the 75th minute. All will call, day-of-game sales, and customer service is done at the Cagan Stadium box office. Home and visiting team Players Guests and Stanford Recruits will call is done outside of the box office at a table. Photo ID is required for all will call. Online ticket sales are available up to one hour after kickoff.
Postponement / Cancellation Policy
If a postponed game is rescheduled to another date/time:
- All tickets with the original date will be honored on the day of the makeup game
- Refunds given only at Manager’s discretion
If a postponed game is unable to be rescheduled:
- All season ticket members and single-game purchasers* will receive the same number of complimentary vouchers – one per game ticket – redeemable for any remaining regular-season game. Complimentary vouchers can be redeemed online at gostanford.com/tickets or at the box office window on the day of the game, subject to availability.
- Refunds given only at Manager’s discretion
* Excludes complimentary single game tickets through Team Cardinal and the Block-S society.
