How to Exchange Your Tickets
1. Sign in to your online ticket account
2. Click on Exchange
3. Select your games to exchange and a quantity that matches the number of tickets you are exchanging
4. Select your delivery method (digital-only) and click “Submit Exchange” and you’re good to go
• Ticket exchange is free and exclusive to Stanford women’s volleyball season ticket members.
• Tickets may only be exchanged for the same quantity in the same sport – women’s volleyball tickets may not be exchanged for men’s soccer tickets.
• Exchanges are final, and your originally exchanged seats will immediately become available to other fans
• Exchanged tickets are not guaranteed to be adjacent to your existing season tickets.
• Ticket exchange is available online-only and must be completed 24 hours prior to the event.

Groups of 15 or more enjoy discounts on ticket purchases, as well as preferred seat locations. Ask about these added benefits:
• Chalk Talk (15 ticket minimum): Talk strategy with Coach Hambly an hour before game time. Only available for select games.
• Fan Tunnel (30 ticket minimum): Welcome the team on to the court and see the players up-close by forming a rally tunnel pregame or before the 3rd set.
• National Anthem Line (30 ticket minimum): Join the players on the court during the National Anthem.
• High Five Starting Lineup (30 ticket minimum): High five our starting lineup as they are announced on the court.
• “Point Stanford” Kid (25 ticket minimum): Select a kid from your group to announce “Point Stanford!” every time Stanford scores during the 2nd set.
• Halftime Performance (40 ticket minimum): Have your players scrimmage or host a serving contest on the court during halftime.
• Birthday Package (20 ticket minimum): Celebrate your child’s birthday with Stanford Athletics! This package includes an exclusive area out on the concourse, an in-game birthday shout-out and signed birthday card from the team.
• National Anthem Performance (25 ticket minimum): Perform the national anthem with your band, choir or as an individual.
**Due to NCAA regulations, experiences are limited to kids 8th grade and under.
