Senior Sweep

STANFORD, Calif. – The Stanford synchronized swimming team celebrated Senior Day on Saturday by honoring All-Americans Clare McGovern, Sandra Ortellado and Erica Slavin in front of large and appreciative crowd at Belardi Pool.
 
Then all three helped Stanford sweep four routines against the University of Incarnate Word in a 91-77 victory.

 McGovern won solo (82.0667), Ortellado and Slavin captured duet (81.4000), and they took trio (81.9000). They also teamed with Natalie Fletcher, Rachel Hyon, Caitlin Klauer, Joanna Langner and Jacklyn Luu to claim the team free (82.9000).
 
"They have meant so much to this program, in and out of the pool," said Cardinal head coach Sara Lowe. "And they're not done yet."
