STANFORD, Calif. - Senior Kelsey Murray and freshman Ali Baiocco were each added to the Tewaaraton Award watch list on Thursday.

Murray has set four school records this season and ranks atop the Pac-12 in assists, points per game and shot percentage, and is second in the league in total points. She set two school records on March 4 when she became the first player in program history with 10 points in a game (five goals, five assists) and tied the school mark for assists in a game. The Wilmette, Illinois, native has an active 63-game point streak and also Stanford's all-time leader in goals and assists this season.

Baiocco is seventh in the Pac-12 and second on the team behind Murray with 22 goals this season. She is also seventh in the league in points and has scored at least twice in each of the last seven games. The Harding, N.J., native has scored five goals in two games this year and has totaled 26 points on .550 shooting percentage this season.

The Tewaaraton Award annually honors the top male and female college lacrosse player in the United States. The selection committees are comprised of premier college coaches and are appointed annually by the Tewaaraton Foundation.

Baiocco and Murray have led No. 19 Stanford to a 5-3 start overall and 2-1 record in Pac-12 play. The Cardinal welcomes Arizona State (Friday) and USC (Sunday) to The Farm this weekend.
