STANFORD, Calif. – Seventeen of Stanford's 52 regular season games will air on Pac-12 Networks, as announced Thursday.
Over half of Stanford's 30 Pac-12 contests will air on Pac-12 Networks, including the final 12 in league play. Stanford starts the season in Arizona to play Ball State (Feb. 15), Pepperdine (Feb. 16), Wichita State (Feb. 17) and Grand Canyon (Feb. 18) before opening its home slate at Sunken Diamond against UNLV (Feb. 22-24).
Stanford continues Pac-12 play with a trip to play Cal State Fullerton (March 1-3) before playing host to Texas for a four-game series at Sunken Diamond (March 7-10). After a two-week break for finals, Stanford opens the Pac-12 season by playing host to Utah (March 22-24). Other home Pac-12 opponents include UCLA (April 5-7), Washington (April 12-14), Arizona (April 26-28) and Oregon State (May 17-19).
The Cardinal enters its second season under the Clarke and Elizabeth Nelson Director of Baseball David Esquer, who last season guided Stanford to its first conference championship since 2004. Esquer was Stanford's first new head coach in 41 seasons after the retirement of Mark Marquess.
Stanford returns All-American Jack Little along with freshmen All-Americans Tim Tawa, Brendan Beck and Jacob Palisch. The Cardinal, which returns its top six home run hitters from 2018, owned the second-lowest earned-run average (2.83) in Division I college baseball last season.
Season tickets are on sale now at GoStanford.com, and single-game tickets will become available in January.
