Headed to Pac-12 Championships

STANFORD, Calif. - Next up for Stanford is an appearance at this weekend's Pac-12 Championships in Gold River, California, scheduled for Sunday, May 19 at Lake Natoma.

The Cardinal came away with a third-place finish in 2018, collecting bronze in all three of its races for a total of 54 points behind Washington (72) and California (65).

The Pac-12 Championships features both the men's and women's programs, with competition in the varsity four, novice/freshman eight, and the first, second and third varsity eight finals (there are no heats or semifinals – only championship finals).

Pac-12 Networks coverage of the event will debut in two 30-minute episodes on Wednesday, May 22 at 7 p.m. PT. The men's races will air first, followed by the women's races.

After this weekend, Stanford will await its postseason fate, as selections will be announced for the IRA Championships from May 31-June 2.
