Cardinal Signs Five

STANFORD, Calif. – Stanford softball head coach Jessica Allister and her staff announced the signings of five talented student-athletes to National Letters of Intent on Wednesday. Catcher/utility Chloe Doyle (Brighton, Colo./Brighton HS), infielder Ellee Eck (Andale, Kan./Andale HS), catcher Aly Kaneshiro (Santa Clarita, Calif./Hart HS), outfielder Caelan Koch (Scottsdale, Ariz./Saguaro HS), and pitcher Regan Krause (Pontiac, Ill./Pontiac HS) will join the Cardinal next fall.

"We are excited to announce the addition of Chloe, Ellee, Aly, Caelan and Regan to the Stanford softball family," Allister said of the group. "This class brings a wealth of speed and power while addressing our needs behind the plate and in the circle. Most importantly, this class is comprised of tremendous young women driven to compete for championships on the field while pursuing excellence in the classroom."

"Given the looming graduation of Montana Dixon and Teaghan Cowles, catching was a priority for us in this recruiting class," Allister stated. "Chloe and Aly will fill that need well.
