STANFORD, Calif. – A ten-day, four-game, three-country trip through Europe begins August 18 for Stanford men's basketball.
The Cardinal will take off from San Francisco, California, on Sunday the 18th, and land in Rome, Italy on Monday, August 19. During the international journey, Stanford will explore Rome (Aug. 19-20), Florence (Aug. 21-22), Milan (Aug. 24), Lake Como (Aug. 23-25), Lugano, Switzerland (Aug. 24), and Munich, Germany (Aug. 26-28).
Stanford will hold 10 team practices prior to flying over the Atlantic. The NCAA allows teams to travel overseas for an international tour once every four years. The Cardinal previously toured Italy (2015), Spain (2011), Italy (2007) and Australia/New Zealand (2001).

In addition to organized tours, each day also includes free time for the team to see the sights in these cities on their own.
