STANFORD, Calif. – Stanford men's swimming and diving earned team Scholar All-America honors from the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), the organization announced this week.
The Cardinal ranked second among NCAA Division I men's programs with a grade-point average of 3.79 this past fall. The men's team joins over 450 programs to earn team Scholar All-America honors from the coaches' association – and they rank in the top 10 in GPA among men's programs across all divisions.
Stanford is led on the men's side by Goldman Family Director of Men's Swimming Dan Schemmel, who enters his second season at the helm of the program this year.
