KAILUA KONA, Hawaii - Stanford women's golf leads the Pac-12 Preview at Nanea Golf Club by two strokes following Monday's first round. The Cardinal is missing four golfers from its lineup this week due to the Spirit International, where Rebecca Becht (Belgium), Rachel Heck (USA), Caroline Sturdza (Switzerland) and Rose Zhang (USA) are representing their countries. Despite that, Stanford fired a 3-under 289 and leads the field.

Senior Aline Krauter, playing in the No. 1 spot for Stanford, shot a 3-under 70 and currently sits tied for third. Krauter started with a bogey on the first hole of the day, before finishing with four birdies and 13 pars to end the round just two strokes off the individual lead. Junior Brooke Seay is tied for sixth following a 2-under 72. Junior Angelina Ye is tied for 11th after an even-par 73 and sophomore Sadie Englemann is tied for 21st after firing a 1-over 71 on Monday.

Tuesday's second round will feature a shotgun start beginning at 7:30 a.m. HT/10:30 a.m. PT.
