Academic Recognition

STANFORD, Calif. – Led by seniors Leo Henken, Kyler Presho and JP Reilly, 10 members of the Stanford men's volleyball team earned Mountain Pacific Sports Federation All-Academic accolades, the league announced today. 

Henken (electrical engineering), Presho (psychology), Reilly (computer science) and redshirt sophomore Justin Lui (management science & engineering) are all repeat honorees. Earning their first career academic recognition are sophomores Adam Chang, Nathaniel Gates, Kevin Lamp, Nathan Lietzke, Gabriel Miranda and Will Rottman. The group was recognized for their combined work athletically and in the classroom.

Grand Canyon led the conference for a fourth straight year with 15 honorees, while Pepperdine had 12. Stanford and USC each had 10 selections.

To be eligible, students must have a 3.00 or better cumulative grade point average, be at least a sophomore academically and have spent at least one academic year at their institution.
