- No. 1 Stanford women's golf begins its spring at the Lamkin Invitational, hosted by San Diego State and current Aztecs head coach and former Cardinal assistant coach Lauren Dobashi. The event will be played at The Farms Golf Club and the course will be setup as a par 72 playing around 6,300 yards both days.
- Stanford's lineup will be Rose Zhang, Sadie Englemann, Rachel Heck, Carolina Sturdza, Angelina Ye and individual Calista Reyes. Aline Krauter will miss the event as she played in, and made the cut at, the Magical Kenya Ladies Open event as part of the Ladies European Tour.
- The Cardinal had a successful fall, winning all four tournaments they competed in. Rose Zhang was individual medalist at the first three. The Cardinal playing this week in the latest World Amateur Golf Rankings: No. 1 Zhang, No. 3 Heck, No. 19 Ye and No. 42 Sturdza.
- The Cardinal will compete against No. 23 Arizona, No. 12 Arizona State, No. 42 California, Colorado, Kansas, No. 4 Oregon, No. 17 Ole Miss, Pepperdine, host San Diego State, No. 12 San Jose State, No. 11 Texas, No. 15 UCLA and No. 16 USC.
