TUCSON, Ariz. – Stanford women's tennis remained unbeaten in Pac-12 action on Friday, defeating Arizona 7-0 to move to 5-0 in the Pac-12.

The Cardinal struck quickly in doubles to take a 1-0 lead. The pair of Valencia Xu and Alexandra Yepifanova scored a 6-3 win on court two, closely followed by the nationally-ranked team of Angelica Blake and Connie Ma on court one, 6-2.

Sarah Choy was clinical on court six, netting an efficient 6-2, 6-0 win, while Blake won in straight sets on court three to push the lead to 3-0. Houghton and Xu finished in quick succession to clinch the match, while Yepifanova and Ma finished an undefeated day on courts one and two.

Stanford returns to action on Saturday, April 2 at Arizona State. The first serves are set for noon.
