STANFORD, Calif. – Stanford women's soccer released its 2022 fall schedule on Wednesday. The Cardinal – which has won a pair of national titles in the last five years – will play a 20-match season this fall, with 10 being played at Laird Q. Cagan Stadium.
Stanford opens the season on August 18 with a home match against Sacramento State set for a 7 p.m. kickoff. Pac-12 play will begin on September 23 when the Cardinal visits USC at 2 p.m.
The Cardinal will play 12 games on the Pac-12 Network this fall, including home matches against Penn State (September 1) and UCLA (October 14) to highlight the televised slate.
This fall marks the 20th season under the direction of Paul Ratcliffe, the Knowles Family Director of Women's Soccer. Ratcliffe owns a 339-64-32 record in his tenure on The Farm, having led the Cardinal to three national titles and the NCAA tournament in all but one season while at the helm.
