DAVIS, Calif. - No. 1 Stanford continued its winning ways, sailing past No. 7 UC Davis on Sunday afternoon. The win pushes the Cardinal to 15-0, continuing its best start since the 2001 squad opened the year 17-0.

The opening half belonged to the Cardinal, as five different players scored the first five goals for Stanford, with a sixth score from Ethan Parrish making it 6-1 at halftime.
Arguably the player of the game for Stanford, Quinn Woodhead, didn't do any of his damage until the second half where he netted four of the Cardinal's six goals to hold off the Aggies. UC Davis mounted a comeback after being down 9-2, making it 10-6 early in the fourth, but two straight Stanford goals sealed the deal for the victory.
