CORVALLIS, Ore. – Starting its final road trip of the Pac-12 season on a winning note, Stanford bludgeoned Oregon State on Thursday evening, 83-60, at Gill Coliseum. The Cardinal sweeps the season series with the Beavers with the result.

Spencer Jones led the way with a season-high-tying 25 points, going 10-for-16 from the floor and 5-for-9 from 3-point range. The Cardinal made 12 of 21 from beyond the 3-point arc (57.1%) and shot 58.8 percent as a team for the game with assists on 23 of 30 field goals.

Brandon Angel scored 15 points and tied a career high with five assists, while Maxime Raynaud and Harrison Ingram were also in double figures with 13 and 11, respectively, with Ingram grabbing a game-high eight rebounds.

The Cardinal defense held Oregon State to 35.8 percent shooting from the floor and 21.7 percent from beyond the arc.

Oregon State took a 14-5 lead early, but Stanford responded with a 10-0 run to take the lead, 15-14, led by back-to-back threes from Spencer Jones. The Cardinal outscored the Beavers by a 35-20 margin over the half's final 15:30, and led by six at the half, 40-34.

Stanford quickly pushed the advantage to 18 with a 19-7 burst to open the second half and led by as many as 28 points in the contest with 1:12 to play. 10 different players scored over the final 20 minutes.

The Cardinal returns to action for the final time in the regular season, facing Oregon on Saturday, March 4 at 1 p.m. The game will air nationally on CBS.
