FEDERAL WAY, Wash. - On the final day of the NCAA Zone E competition, Maria Papworth finished seventh in the finals of the 1-meter.
Sophomore Papworth qualified for the finals at 291.65 to finish in fourth in the preliminaries. With a final score of 569.85, Papworth finished seventh in the 1-meter finals.
Julia Wortman finished finished in 21st at 249.50, followed by Emilie Moore in 25th (246.65) and Lauren Burch in 26th (244.25).
Next week, Lauren Burch will compete in the 3-meter at NCAA Championship along with 16 swimmers in Knoxville, Tenn.
