Eight All-Academic Selections

MPSF All-Academic Selections Opens in a new window

STANFORD, Calif. - Eight artistic swimming were named MPSF All-Academic selections, the conference announced on Wednesday. Each of the Stanford student-athletes who was eligible academically earned the award.

The criteria include a 3.00 or better cumulative grade point average, at least a sophomore academic standing, must have completed one full academic year at the institution, and the student-athlete must have competed in fifty percent or more of the institution's competition.

Emily Brieant, Nicole Goot, Natalie Greenfield, Hailee Heinrich, Ava Jih-Schiff, Audrey Nguyen, Lindi Schroeder, and Emmanuella Tchakmakjian each qualified for the award. Stanford had the second most honorees, following Incarnate Word's 12.

Texas Woman's University had five, and Wheaton College had one. 

The Cardinal wrapped up its season last month with a second place finish at the U.S. Collegiate National Championships. Stanford won two events in the championships, taking the team title and also the trio title, thanks to a dominant performance from Lindi Schroeder, Nicole Goot, and Hailee Heinrich.
