Postseason Begins At Pac-12s

  • No. 1 Stanford women’s golf begins postseason play with the Pac-12 Championships in Phoenix next week. The three-day, 54-hole event will be played on the par-72, 6,563-yard Papago Golf Club.
  • In addition to the No. 1 Cardinal (Golfweek rankings), the host, Arizona State is ranked No. 11. The field will also feature No. 6 Oregon, No. 15 USC, No. 25 UCLA, No. 27 Arizona, No. 43 California, No. 55 Oregon State, No. 60 Washington, No. 80 Colorado and No. 90 Washington State.
  • Stanford’s lineup will be Rose Zhang, Sadie Englemann, Megha Ganne, Kelly Xu and Angelina Ye. Caroline Sturdza will be the alternate.
  • The Cardinal will be looking to win its fifth conference championship all-time. Stanford previously won conference titles in 1975, 1976, 1999 and 2014.
  • Rachel Heck (2021) and Mhairi McKay (1997) are the Cardinal to win individual conference championships in school history.
  • Tee times begin at 8 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday, with the Cardinal scheduled to go off No. 1 beginning at 8:50 a.m. on Monday. Wednesday’s final round will begin at 7:30 a.m.
