Men’s Tennis Adds Parikh

STANFORD, Calif. – Adding to the program ahead of the spring season, Stanford men's tennis has announced the transfer of Harsh Parikh from Penn.

"We are so excited to have the opportunity to welcome Harsh to our team," said Paul Goldstein, the Taube Family Director of Men's Tennis. "He brings a wealth of experience to our roster and is an outstanding fit within our group. We are all looking forward to kicking off the dual match season and to Harsh playing an integral role in our efforts."

Parikh is a graduate transfer into the management science and engineering program, arriving on The Farm after an All-Ivy League performance a year ago in doubles for the Quakers. Parikh holds a 42-27 record in singles during his career and a 44-29 mark in doubles.

A native of Tucson, Arizona, Parikh helped lead Penn to a 13-9 record a year ago, including a 5-2 record in the Ivy League. He gives Stanford a graduate transfer for the second year in a row, following Isaac Gorelik (Tufts) last season.

Stanford men's tennis begins its spring season in January.
