FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – Stanford's Jack Ryan completed a sweep of the Pac-12 men's diving championships, winning the 3-meter title Thursday night at the King County Aquatic Center.

Ryan scored 474.05 points, the highest score in the country this season and his personal Pac-12 Championship record, to follow-up his 1-meter title from Wednesday.

Teammate Hunter Hollenbeck placed seventh with 328.40 points, matching his placing in the 1-meter.

This was the eighth time Stanford has swept the 1- and 3-meter in the season conference championship and the first time since Conor Casey earned his second sweep, in 2022 (also in 2020). The others were Kristian Ipsen (2015), James Edwards (1995), Matt Frawley (1988), and Bill Main (1968, 1971). Edwards was the only Stanford diver to win all three – including the platform – in the same year.

Ryan, a junior who had never won a conference title before this year, was so dominant that no other diver came within 57 points of his final score.

Ryan had a combined degree of difficulty of 19.50. No other diver was over 19.00.
