STANFORD, Calif. – Preparing for its first season in the Atlantic Coast Conference, Stanford recently announced its 2024 women's soccer schedule – a slate that includes eight home matches from Laird Q. Cagan Stadium.

The 2023 national runner-up, Stanford will play an exhibition match at San Jose State August 9 before opening the season at San Francisco at 6 p.m. on August 15.

The home opener is scheduled for August 18 against UC Irvine, while the Cardinal will also play nonconference matches at San Diego State (August 22), Cal State Fullerton (August 25), Saint Mary's (September 5) and Santa Clara (September 15).

In addition to the nonconference road slate, former Pac-12 foes Washington State and USC will pay visits to The Farm for nonconference contests on September 1 and September 8, respectively.

ACC play begins September 19 on the road at Wake Forest before Stanford continues that week's travel at NC State September 22.

The first home match in ACC play is set for September 26 vs. Miami as the Cardinal hosts the Hurricanes and Pittsburgh (September 29) that weekend.

Perennial powerhouses Duke and North Carolina are also set to play on The Farm, traveling across the country for matches on October 10 and October 13, respectively.

Including the opening weekend of ACC play, Stanford will hit the road for conference matches at SMU (October 5), Louisville (October 17) and Notre Dame (October 20).

Shifting its long-time rivalry into the ACC, Stanford will close out the regular season on October 31 with a conference match at home against California.

The ACC Tournament is scheduled to begin on host campuses November 3, with the semifinals (November 7) and final (November 10) to be played at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, N.C.
