STANFORD, Calif. – Stanford senior Travis Senf was named first-team All-American by Empacher-IRCA on Thursday.
Senf was among 21 to earn first-team honors in Division 1/2. Among the key criteria, were strength of finish of the institution’s varsity boat, nomination rank within institution, coach’s comments, individual achievements, and erg score.
Senf was a two-time All-Pac-12 selection. He helped the Cardinal first varsity eight into the IRA Championships semifinals and a 12th-place finish overall.
Senf began the 2024 season in the No. 6 seat and moved to the No. 3 seat by the IRA Championships.
The senior from Lake Oswego, Oregon, graduated last week with a degree in computer science.
