2023 Academic All-Americans

STANFORD, Calif. — Elic Ayomanor and Spencer Jorgensen were named second team Academic All-Americans on Tuesday, announced by College Sports Communicators. Jorgensen is one of just four student-athletes honored for a second consecutive season.

This marks the second year of the new nominating process for institutions, which allowed for each school to nominate eight eligible student-athletes for Academic All-America consideration, and those student-athletes must carry a minimum GPA of 3.50.

Ayomanor has compiled a perfect 4.00 grade point average to this point in his Stanford career. Jorgensen also carries a perfect 4.00 GPA and has done so at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, while obtaining his bachelor's in symbolic systems and his master's in management science and engineering.

Stanford is one of nine NCAA DI schools with multiple honorees in 2023. Only North Dakota State and Stanford have multiple 4.00 student-athletes honored by College Sports Communicators.
