Freshman Anna Lemkin earned Stanford's best individual result of the weekend with a second-place finish in the platform dive, while Emilie Moore made three event finals appearances

AUSTIN, Texas - Stanford diving wrapped up the Texas Diving Invitational at Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center on Sunday afternoon. Freshman Anna Lemkin earned Stanford's best individual result of the weekend with a second-place finish in the platform dive, while Emilie Moore made three event finals appearances.

The action began on Friday with the 3-meter dive, as Emilie Moore finished 12th with a score of 252.90 in the event finals. Moore punched her ticket to the evening session by posting a 298.50 score in the preliminary round. Lauren Burch just missed the cut for the finals, placing 13th in the prelims with a score of 298.20, while Anna Lemkin finished 15th with a 291.25 mark.

Competition continued on Saturday with the 3-meter dive, both Burch and Moore made the finals to finish 10th and 11th, respectively. Burch posted a 252.55 in her finals effort after a 259.60 score in the prelims, while Emilie Moore scored a 243.40 after registering the eighth-best score in the morning session with a 271.25.

Diving concluded on Sunday with the platform dive, which saw all three Cardinal divers finish in the top ten. Freshman Anna Lemkin impressed with a runner-up finish after a five-dive score of 298.00. Lauren Burch followed closely to finish in third (292.55), while Emilie Moore placed tenth (245.60) in her third finals appearance of the meet. 

Next up for the Cardinal, it is the swimmers' turn to compete in the Lone Star State as the Texas Swim Invitational takes place November 20-22.
