STANFORD, Calif. — The Atlantic Coast Conference unveiled its complete 2025 schedule for all member teams on Monday evening. Stanford football learned the dates for all 2025 ACC matchups and announced its final non-conference game for the upcoming season, renewing its series with NCAA Runner-Up, Notre Dame.
The new season begins with a Week 0 game on Aug. 23 at Hawai’i, with Stanford making its second trip to the islands in the last three seasons. After a quick open date during the first full week of college football, Stanford will return to the road and take on BYU in Provo, Utah on Sept. 6
Late last week, Stanford was announced to begin ACC play on Sept. 13 with its home opener against Boston College in the first meeting between the two programs since 2002. It will be the first time since 2022 that Stanford’s conference opener coincides with its home opener. One week later on Sept. 20 Stanford will head out to the East Coast for the first time in 2025 for its first meeting with the Virginia Cavaliers. That meeting will be the conference opener for Virginia.
The Cardinal will cap off the regular season with back-to-back rivalry games at home, hosting California for the 128th Big Game and 2024 NCAA Runner-Up Notre Dame on Saturday, Nov. 22 and Saturday, Nov. 29, respectively.
Additional home games in 2025 take place against San Jose State (Sept. 27), Florida State (Oct. 18), and Pittsburgh (Nov. 1). The Oct. 18 contest against Florida State is the Reunion Homecoming Game. Stanford will also be traveling to SMU (Oct. 11), Miami (Oct. 25) and North Carolina (Nov. 8) in conference play.
Times and network designations for select games will begin to be announced in the summer.
Deposits for 2025 season tickets are now available and offer Cardinal fans early access to the best seats at the best prices. Fans who place a deposit for season tickets by Feb. 28 will qualify to save 10% on their season ticket purchase.
Renewals for returning Season Ticket Members will begin on Tuesday, March 25. No deposit is necessary to renew at the 10% loyalty discount.
