Ayomanor Named Academic All-American

Wide receiver earns First Team honors for first time in his career

STANFORD, Calif. — Elic Ayomanor was named First Team Academic All-America, announced by College Sports Communicators. Ayomanor is one of ten football student-athletes at the Division I level to earn Academic All-America honors for the second consecutive season.

Ayomanor holds a 3.96 grade point average as a Computer Science major at Stanford. He’s earned a host of academic awards during his time at Stanford, including the team’s Tommy Vardell Award, given to the most outstanding student-athlete on that year’s team. He was also chosen as a Military Bowl STEM Scholar-Athlete in 2024.

Named Second Team All-ACC following the season, Ayomanor continued to impress in his second season on The Farm with a career-high 63 receptions and finished sixth in the conference with 831 receiving yards. For the second time in as many season, he scored six touchdowns, including a three-game stretch to begin ACC play where he became the first Cardinal to record receiving touchdowns in three-straight games since Brycen Tremayne in 2021.

Ayomanor becomes the 12th Academic All-America First Team selection at Stanford since 2010.
