STANFORD, Calif. – Riley Pittman, Soren Jensen and West Temkin capped dominant individual seasons with All-America honors from the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches, extending a streak of multiple Stanford representatives on All-America teams in each year since 1975.
Pittman earned first team distinction, after landing on the second team last season. In 2024, the fifth-year finished second on the team in both points (97) and goals (53) while leading with 44 assists. The All-MPSF First Team selection was named to the Cutino Award watchlist, and was twice named Conference Player of the Week (Sept. 9, Sept. 30).
Jensen edged out Pittman for the team lead in points (98) and goals (55), finishing just an assist shy of leading in that category as well with 43. Jensen's 16 multi-goal games led the team as well. The fifth-year earned an All-MPSF selection for the third time in his career, landing on the first team. The two-time conference Player of the Week (Oct. 7, Nov. 11) was at his best in the postseason, earning NCAA and MPSF All-Tournament Team honors.
Temkin landed on the second team after a breakout first year on The Farm. The transfer stopped 195 shots on the season, earning a spot on the All-MPSF First Team as well as MPSF Newcomer of the Week on Oct. 7. Temkin stopped a season-high 16 shots in the MPSF Third-Place game win over No. 7 California, and posted the highest regular season save percentage (.497) in the MPSF among goalies with at least 100 saves.
