2025 Schedule Unveiled

Fourteen matches to be played at Maples Pavilion

STANFORD, Calif. - The Stanford women's volleyball program has announced its 2025 schedule, including 14 matchups to be played at Maples Pavilion.

The Cardinal, which finished the 2024 season ranked No. 5 in the final AVCA Poll, opens its 2025 campaign in the AVCA First Serve Showcase in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Cardinal will take on Florida on Friday, Aug. 22 and Nebraska on Sunday, Aug. 24 in Pinnacle Bank Arena. 

After a trip to Southern California to face Long Beach State (Aug. 29) and Oregon State (Aug. 30), the Cardinal will travel to Austin to meet Texas at the Moody Center on Sept. 7. Stanford's final nonconference road match will be Sept. 9 at Missouri for the Showdown at the Net on ESPN2.

Stanford's home opener is set for Friday, Sept. 12 against Utah State. The Cardinal will also host UC Davis (Sept. 14), Hawaii (Sept. 19), Texas State (Sept. 20) and former Pac-12 rival UCLA (Sept. 21).

The Cardinal begins its second season in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) at Virginia on Sept. 27 and Virginia Tech on Sept. 28. Stanford welcomes perrenial ACC powers Louisville (Oct. 5) and Pittsburgh (Nov. 14) to The Farm along with Georgia Tech for Senior Night on Nov. 26. Stanford will have a home-and-home with Cal in late November and travel to Louisville to close out the regular season on Nov. 29.
