Several Cardinal among league leaders

STANFORD, Calif. — With six former Cardinal on bye weeks, it was a lighter group in action during Week 12 of the NFL season. Still, those who played contributed heavily, with Davis Mills, Colby Parkinson, and Justin Reid all shining, just to name a few.

Below is a breakdown of each performance by a former Cardinal in Week 12:

Houston Texans 23, Buffalo Bills 19

  • Davis Mills (HOU): Improved to 3-0 this season in place of CJ Stroud…completed 16-of-30 passes for 153 yards and two touchdowns…in three games starting, has six total touchdowns with just one turnover…first three-game winning streak with Mills as quarterback in his NFL career.
  • Dalton Schultz (HOU): Caught one pass for eight yards, snapping a streak of three-straight games with at least six receptions.
  • Chicago Bears 31, Pittsburgh Steelers 28

    • Drew Dalman (CHI): Started and played all 65 snaps for the first-place Bears, not allowing a pressure…actively ranks as the third-best center in the NFL, per PFF, with an overall offensive grade of 81.0.

    New England Patriots 26, Cincinnati Bengals 20

    • Austin Hooper (NE): Finished as the team’s second-leading receiver, catching three of his four targets for 39 yards…no wide receiver or running back on the team finished with more receptions or yards than Hooper.

    Detroit Lions 34, New York Giants 27 (OT)

    • Bobby Okereke (NYG): Finished second on the team in tackles with eight, and paced the Giants with six solo tackles…broke up one Jared Goff pass…ranks fifth in the NFL in tackles with 103…fourth time in the last five years he has recorded at least 100 tackles.

    Baltimore Ravens 23, New York Jets 10

    • Harrison Phillips (NYJ): Tied for second on the Jets in tackles with six, including one tackle-for-loss…tied a season-best in tackles, and now has a tackle-for-loss in three of the last four games…deflected his second pass of the season…was on the field for 68.3% of defensive snaps, a season-high.

    Cleveland Browns 24, Las Vegas Raiders 10

    • Thomas Booker (LV): Drew his ninth start of the season and played 23 snaps, recording a pair of tackles.
    • Kyu Blu Kelly (LV): Played 26 snaps at cornerback for Las Vegas and posted one tackle.

    Jacksonville Jaguars 27, Arizona Cardinals 24

    • Walker Little (JAX): Started at left tackle and played every snap in the Jaguars’ win…did not allow a hurry on 35 pass attempts…ranks inside the top-15 in the league in fewest quarterback hits allowed (5).
    • Michael Wilson (ARI): Caught 10 passes on 15 targets for 118 yards to pace Arizona’s receiving corps…over his last two games, has caught 25 passes for 303 yards…has six more receptions and 13 more receiving yards than any player in the NFL over the last two weeks…most receptions over a two-game span by any former Cardinal who has played in the NFL.
    • Elijah Higgins (ARI): Played 31 offensive snaps and did not receive a target for the second time this season.

    Dallas Cowboys 24, Philadelphia Eagles 21

    • Solomon Thomas (DAL): Returned after a one-game absence and played 19 defensive snaps, recording two tackles and one quarterback hurry.

    Atlanta Falcons 24, New Orleans Saints 10

    • Justin Reid (NO): Tied for second on the Saints with seven tackles…recorded his first interception as a Saint, running it back 49 yards for the only touchdown of the game for New Orleans…second pick-six of his career (2018 Week 11 with Kansas City)…first former Cardinal with a pick-six since Richard Sherman for San Francisco in Week 1 of the 2019 season…joins Sherman, Darrien Gordon, Toi Cook, and Jim Merlo as former Stanford football players with multiple interception return touchdowns in a career.
    • Los Angeles Rams 34, Tampa Bay Buccaneers 7

      • Colby Parkinson (LAR): Caught all four of his targets for 41 yards and a touchdown…caught a five-yard pass from Matthew Stafford in the second quarter to put the Rams up 21-0…has scored a touchdown in three-straight games for the first time in his career…his three touchdowns this year are a new career-best…last Cardinal to have a receiving touchdown in three-straight games was Zach Ertz (twice in 2024).
