COLUMBUS, Ohio - Stanford opened its 2026 campaign on Saturday, Jan. 24, with a strong showing at the OSU Invitational.
Stanford, which totaled 61 points, produced its best performance in the trio competition, as Yara Elian, Calista Liu and Audrey Kwon captured an event title with 201.1008 points.
The Cardinal further showcased its depth as Megumi Field, Dalia Ovadia and Karen Xue placed third with 183.7750 points.
In the Tech A competition, Elian (80.5989) won her second event crown while Xue (80.3898) finished second to claim the top two spots.
The Cardinal returns to action Jan. 30-31 at the Incarnate Word Invitational.
Stanford, which is attempting to win back-to-back national championships for the first time since a four-peat from 2005-08, secured its 10th national title in school history in 2025.
