STANFORD, Calif. - The No. 4 Cardinal takes a 7-2 record into the MASC Championships this weekend, heading to Charlottesville, Va. as the conference's two-time defending champions.
Stanford enters on a hot streak, picking up three-straight wins last weekend against Columbia, Cornell and Yale.
The Card opens with pool play against No. 23 Franklin & Marshall and No. 18 Georgetown, looking to secure a spot in Sunday's championship. Should Stanford advance, they'd face off against the winner of Pool A, which features No. 5 Virginia, No. 12 Drexel and No. 23 Dickinson.
HOT START TO 2025-26 » Two members of the Card are undefeated this season, with Tiana Parasrampuria (8-0) and Valerie Huang (6-0) combining for 14 wins in their first 14 tries. Two-time All America selection Madison Ho (7-2) isn't far behind.
RETURNING WITH HARDWARE, AGAIN » The Cardinal ended last season with a second-straight MASC crown. Both of Stanford's titles have come with a victory of Virginia in the final, with the Cavaliers hosting this season's tournament.
ALL-AMERICAN RETURNERS » Sohomore Riya Navani and junior Madison Ho are back for another season on The Farm, each earning All-America honors last year. The duo has accounted for the last two MASC Rookie/Freshman of the Year awards, with Navani winning it in 2025 and Ho winning in 2024.
CONTROLLING THE CONFERENCE » The Card returns five All-MASC selections, as well as the two-time defending MASC Coach of the Year in Mark Talbott.
