STANFORD, Calif. – The No. 7-ranked Stanford men’s rowing team competes in its fourth weekend of racing this season at the Princeton Invitational in New Jersey on Saturday.
Stanford will face No. 4 Princeton, No. 10 Penn and No. 19 Columbia at Lake Carnegie in the morning session. The 3V8 is scheduled to start at 8:08 a.m. ET/5:08 a.m. PT, the 2V8 at 8:40 a.m. ET/5:40 a.m. PT and the 3V8 at 9:12 a.m. ET/6:12 a.m. PT.
In the afternoon, the Cardinal will race No. 11 Yale head-to-head, the 1V8 at 1:16 p.m. ET/10:16 a.m. PT, the 2V8 at 2:20 p.m. ET/11:20 a.m. PT and the 3V8 at 3:16 p.m. ET/12:16 p.m. PT.
Stanford swept its six races at the California Classic in Redwood Shores last weekend against then-No. 21 Oregon State and then-No. 15 Wisconsin.
Earlier this weekend, Stanford’s 3V8 earned accolades as the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Crew of the Week for the second time this season. Competing regularly for the first time since 2019, the 3V8 picked up two more wins on the Beavers and Badgers. The Cardinal crew that raced against Wisconsin finished in 5:46.6, which was the fastest 3V8 time at the California Classic that also included Cal and Santa Clara.
