Duo Named All-ACC

Jay Leng and Dean Greyserman tabbed to All-ACC Team following 2025-26 campaign

STANFORD, Calif. — Having taken the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Stroke Play title and earning an NCAA Championship match play bid for the first time since 2019, two Stanford golfers were named to the All-ACC Team with Dean Greyserman and Jay Leng being tabbed to the list, the conference announced on Friday. Stanford’s two honorees tied for the second-most of any school on the 15-player list.

Dean Greyserman earns his first All-Conference honor of his collegiate career following a career-defining senior season. Greyserman, who was recently named a Golf Coaches Association of America All-American, finished as Stanford’s No. 1 golfer at the NCAA Championships with a T6th overall finish. Also tabbed as an All-West Region Team member, Greyserman finished the season second in scoring average with a career-low 71.39 while earning a team-leading six top-10 placements including his first collegiate win at The Western.

Greyserman was in the lineup for all three of Stanford’s stroke play wins this season and helped aid the Cardinal to a stroke play win at the ACC Championships before clinching a 1Up win in the ACC Semifinals to send the Cardinal to its first-ever ACC Championship Match appearance. The senior finished the season with 19/36 rounds at par or better with 10 of those rounds in the 60s including his 62 in the third round of The Western as Greyserman shot the second-lowest round all-time in program history.

Jay Leng also earned his first All-Conference honor as the sophomore led the Cardinal this season with a career-low scoring average of 70.92 which places him in the top 20 all-time for single-season scoring average. Leng secured four top-10 placements during the 2025-26 season including in three-consecutive tournaments, highlighted by a T3rd outing at The Goodwin. Leng helped guide Stanford to the NCAA Championships with his T11th outing at the NCAA Columbus Regional before finishing as the Cardinal’s No. 3 golfer at the NCAA Championships.

The sophomore finished seventh overall at ACC Championships in stroke play as Stanford’s No. 2 while helping guide the Cardinal to a berth in the ACC Match Play Championship with a 2&1 win over Duke in the quarterfinals. Leng secured 22/36 rounds at par or better this season while earning nine rounds in the 60s.
