STANFORD, Calif. – Senior Jordyn Harvey has been voted the ACC Offensive Player of the Week and sophomore Logan Parks has been selected the ACC Setter of the Week, the conference announced today.
Stanford went 2-1 a the SLO Classic, hitting a combined .330 in the three matches. Harvey led Stanford offensively, averaging 4.64 kills on .402 hitting, 0.36 aces, 2.00 digs and 5.23 points per set, while Parks posted 11.00 assists and 2.36 digs per set.
Harvey tied her then-career high with a match-best 18 kills on a .455 attack percentage against No. 12 Arizona State. In a four-set win over Santa Clara, she posted her first double-double of the year with 12 kills and 12 digs. She also tallied two aces and three blocks against the Broncos. In Stanford's first true road match of the season at Cal Poly, Harvey registered a career-high 21 kills on .500 hitting to go with two aces, six digs and two blocks.Â
Parks recorded 33 assists, eight digs, three blocks and a kill against the Sun Devils. She followed up with 41 assists, six digs, three blocks and an ace versus Santa Clara. Parks closed out the weekend with her fourth double-double of the year, notching 47 assists, 12 digs, two blocks, three kills and an ace at Cal Poly.
It marks the first career weekly honor for Harvey and the second setter of the week accolade for Parks. Stanford now boasts  197 weekly awards all-time dating back to its time in the Pac-12 Conference, including 32 Offensive, 45 Defensive, 8 Setter and 39 Freshman.
No. 12 Stanford opens ACC play on the road this week, traveling to Dallas to take on No. 5 SMU on Friday at 6 p.m. PT on ACC Network. The Cardinal will also head to Pittsburgh to face the second-ranked Panthers on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. PT on ESPN.
