CHARLOTTE, N.C. – With less than two months until the start of the college basketball season, the Atlantic Coast Conference has released the 2026-27 conference slate. Game times and television designations will be announced at a later date.
Stanford’s ACC schedule begins on the road with a trip to Notre Dame on Dec. 30, where it won a year ago, and at Louisville, Jan. 2, who it topped in a ranked win at Maples a year ago. The Cardinal opens its ACC home slate on Jan. 6 against Virginia and Jan. 9 against Florida State.
Five of Stanford’s first seven conference games are on the road, as Stanford continues with a trip to Duke (Jan. 13) and North Carolina (Jan. 16) before the first of two battles with California, traveling to Berkeley on Jan. 23. Stanford returns home to close January with home games against Syracuse (Jan. 27) and NC State (Jan. 30).
Following a trip to Georgia Tech (Feb. 3) and SMU (Feb. 6), Stanford closes ACC action with five of its final seven games at home. Miami (Feb. 10) and Virginia Tech (Feb. 13) visit Maples Pavilion before the Cardinal’s final regular season road trip to Syracuse (Feb. 17) and Clemson (Feb. 20), and Stanford caps conference play with home battles against Wake Forest (Feb. 24), Boston College (Feb. 27) and California (March 6).
Stanford went 20-13 last season with a 9-9 mark in the ACC, advancing to participate in the College Basketball Crown. Kyle Smith, the Anne and Tony Joseph Director of Men’s Basketball, has guided Stanford to a .500 or better mark in each of the last two seasons in the ACC as one of just five teams to accomplish the feat, along with Duke, North Carolina, Louisville and Clemson.
