Cross Country: Ran in three meets during the 2012 season, placing second at the Doc Adams Invitational ... ran on Stanford's 2010 NCAA team and placed 15th in the Pac-10 Championships during the same season.

High School: Ran a time of 8:56.09 for 3,200 meters at the Arcadia Invitational ... ran 4:12.72 for 1,600 to the win the Orange County Championships ... finished 20th at the 2007 FootLocker national championships in cross country ... finished second in the 2007 California Division I state championship race ... won the 2007 CIF-Southern Section Division I cross-country title ... helped Trabuco Hills to the 2006 state Division I title ... named 2007 Orange County boys cross country runner of the year by the Orange County Register.
