Celeste Turner Season 2014-15

• Interested in majoring in biology with a Prevet focus
• Was an intern with a veterinarian for two years helping take care of the animals and serve customers

• Earned the President’s Award in high school for doing over 100 hours of community service
• Enjoys doing 3D art with metal work and assemblage
• Cousin, Tennessee Lane, was selected for the Olympic equestrian team

2014-15 (Freshman)
• Team finished sixth at the NCAA Championships and fourth at the Pac-12 Championships
• Member of the second varsity four
• Won two races on the year
• Seventh place with the 3V8 at the Pac-12 Championships
• Finished in third place of the 2V4 A Final at the Lake Natoma Invitational
• Won a dual with No. 16 Washington State in the 2V4 at the Pac-12 Challenge
• Lost to No. 2 Cal in the Big Row
• Made her collegiate debut in two seat of the champion novice eight at Head of the American
• Finished second in the collegiate 8+ and sixth in the collegiate 4+ at Head of the Lagoon

High School
• Graduated in 2014 from The Episcopal School of Dallas
• Captain of the crew team for two years
• Member of the Founders Rowing Club
• Texas state champion in the quad and double in 2013
• Regional champion in the double in 2013
• Placed sixth in the double at the 2013 Youth Nationals
• Finished in 11th place in the double at the 2014 Youth Nationals
• Also played soccer, softball and volleyball
• Member of the National Honor Society
