Why I Chose Stanford: "Stanford is a place of excitement. The overall atmosphere is both laid back as well as crazy at times which is the exact place I have always pictured myself. The people are extraordinary, the most helpful and caring people you could ever meet. Stanford strives for excellence and succeeding in both academics and athletics and is willing to go to great lengths to get people to where they wish to be. I chose Stanford because there is simply no better place to help me achieve my goals both in the pool as well as in the classroom."

As A Sophomore In 2012: Named to ACWPC and MPSF All-Academic Lists ... scored 29 goals ... scored five goals in opening-day wins over LMU and UC Davis (1/28), including a hat trick against the Aggies ... added a pair of goals in Stanford Invitational win over USC (2/4) ... scored in tournament title-game win over UCLA (2/5) ... posted a hat trick in win over UC San Diego at the UCI Invitational (2/25) ... scored twice in MPSF Championship quarterfinal win over Hawai'i (4/27) ... added a key goal in 6-4 national championship game win over USC (5/13).

As A Freshman In 2011: Scored 10 goals ... scored three goals at the Michigan Kick-Off from Jan. 22-23 ... netted a goal in win over Arizona State (2/26) ... posted a hat trick in National Collegiate Championship quarterfinal win over Iona (5/13).

High School: A 2010 graduate of Sir Francis Drake High School in San Anselmo, Calif. ... competed for the swimming and water polo teams all four years ... captained the water polo and swim teams as a junior and senior ... named to CIF North Coast Section First Team as a junior and senior ... 2009 MCAL Player of the Year ... four-time All-MCAL First Team selection ... named team MVP as a junior and senior ... in swimming, earned All-America status and was the MCAL champion in the 100-yard backstroke as a junior ... as of graduation, held SFDHS records in the 100-yard backstroke (57.29) and 100-yard butterfly (57.66) ... played club for Marin Water Polo Club from 2004-09 and for Stanford Water Polo Club in 2010 ... member of the U.S. Junior National Training Team from 2008-10.
