Best Times at Stanford: 500 Free (4:52.29, 2011), 1650 Free (16:30.25, 2011)

International Competition: Part of the U.S. Junior National team's training camps in Colorado Springs and at competitions in Melbourne, Australia... also competed in Vancouver, Canada in 2008-09.

2011-12 (Junior): At the Pac-12 Championships, was ninth in the 1650 free (16:38.51) the third of four Cardinal in the top-10... first team Academic All-Pac-12.

Stanford in 2010-11 (Sophomore): Third Cardinal of four in the top-eight of the Pac-10 meet in the 1650 free, finishing seventh (16:30.25), a career-best... also 22nd at Pac-10s in the 500 free and 18th in the 400 IM (4:17.81)... the 500 free time of 4:52.29, was a career-best... academic All-Pac-10.

Stanford in 2009-2010 (Freshman): Placed seventh in the 1000 freestyle against California...placed ninth in the 200 butterfly and 1650 freestyle against Florida and Michigan.

High School, Club and Personal Data: Swam four years at Moses Brown HS, where she was a four-time prep All-American in the 200 free (2006), 100 butterfly (2006) and 500 free (2008, 2009)... four times was named all state and was a four-time team MVP... was also a three-time scholastic All-American (2007-09)... set the league record in the 500 freestyle and the school's best marks in the 200 and 500 freestyles, 100 butterfly and 100 breaststroke... while competing for the Bluefish Swim Club, was a frequent winner of the New England Open Championship... also set the Connecticut senior record in the 200 butterfly in March, 2008 and the best mark amongst New England's 15 to 18 year olds in the 400 IM... parents of Bill and Cheryl... father, Bill, ran track at Brown University and was a New England's Masters Track Champion in the 400... first inspiration for swimming came in 2004, when on a trip to California and Lake Tahoe with her parents, she went down to Stanford to watch the 2004 National Championships. From there she went from barely qualifying for the New England Open in 2004 to qualifying for the 2008 Olympic Trials... majoring in human biology.
