2012 Season (RS Senior): Competed in the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 3,000 meters, placing 11th in 8:00.67 ... also ran the anchor leg of the distance medley relay the NCAA Indoor Championships, helping Stanford to a fourth-place finish ... split 4:00.87 for the 1,600-meter leg of the DMR that finished with a team time of 9:36.13 ... earned first team All-America honors for the DMR and second team honors for the 3,000 ... ran a career-best time of 7:50.14 for 3,000 meters at the Razorback Invitational ... no outdoor eligibility.

2011 Season (Senior): Won the NCAA title at 3,000 meters during the indoor season by breaking away from the pack over the final 200 meters to win in 8:03.71 ... earned two All-America honors during the indoor season after also placing fifth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 13:34.54 ... set the Stanford indoor record in the 5,000 meters with his time of 13:34.54 ... qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters, placing 22nd and 11th, respectively ... placed fifth in the 5,000 meters (14:12.43) and third in the 10,000 meters (29:20.24) at the Pac-10 Championships ... ran a personal best of 13:26.14 at the Payton Jordan Invitational in the 5,000 meters ... the Big Meet Champion in the 1,500 meters, running a time of 3:43.58.

2010 Season (Junior): Qualified for the final at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 5,000 meters ... the Pac-10 runner-up in both the 5,000 meters (13:45.22) and the 10,000 meters (29.10.86) ... ran a career-best time of 13:29.75 at the Mt. SAC Invitational ... ran a career-best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:41.27 at the Payton Jordan Invitational ... earned All-America status for his seventh-place finish in the 5,000 meters (13:51.00) at the NCAA Indoor Championships ... the MPSF Champion in the 5,000 meters (13:47.14) and runner-up in the 3,000 meters (8:00.00).

2009 Season (Sophomore): Placed fifth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:08.56 ... ran a career-best time of 13:42.59 at the Stanford Invitational in the 5K, which ranks 10th all-time at Stanford ... also earned an All-America honor at the 2009 NCAA Indoor Championships after placing third in the 3,000 meters ... ranks third all-time at Stanford with an indoor 3,000-meter time of 7:53.64 ... placed seventh at the Pac-10 Championships in the 5,000 ... placed third in the mile at the MPSF Championships with a personal best time of 4:01.92 ... personal best in the 1,500 meters came at the Payton Jordan Cardinal Invitational with a time of 3:43.10.

2008 Season (Freshman): Ran a career best time of 13:59.12 in the 5,000 meters at the Payton Jordan Cardinal Invitational ... finished 11th at the NCAA West Regional and 19th at the Pac-10 Championships in the 5,000 meters.

International Competition: Finished second in the 5,000 meters at the Pan American Junior Games in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
