STANFORD, Calif.-- Hannah Burroughs, Eliza Richartz, Megan Grove and Rebecca King were all named to the Pacific Coast Collegiate Sailing Conference women's all-conference team on Thursday following the team's title at last weekend's championship.
Burroughs (Peace Dale, RI) and Richartz (Old Lyme, CT) were named as skippers, while Grove (Lafayette, CA) and King (Santa Monica, CA) were part of the all-conference crew. For Burroughs, this is the second-straight year the junior has earned a spot on the all-conference team. Richartz, a freshman, has been a part of seven winning regattas as one of the team's skippers.
King, also a freshman, was named to her second all-conference team, she was also a part of the coed All-PCCSC squad. Grove, a senior, earned her first all-conference honor.
Stanford Sailing swept through the PCCSC postseason, winning the team, coed and women's titles over the last three weekends. The team is in Seattle this Saturday and Sunday for the National Dinghy Semifinals.
