Georgia Head Coach Jeff Wallace
"I am very proud of my team and the year that we had. I really felt like we came out and here and had a great regional. We had one of our best matches of the year against Alabama and then won a thriller with Cal-Berkeley. Then you just have to take your hat off for Stanford today. I think our doubles has been playing so well and we have been winning that doubles point. We were up on the No. 2 court and we were up 3-1 with an ad on the No. 3 court and it would have been nice to get that point, but we didn't. Then Stanford really picked it up and won the doubles point and then came out and played fantastic in singles. That is all there is to it. I am really proud of Lilly Kimbell, it looked like she was going to get a win there. Nadja (Gilchrist) had just split sets and was playing really well and then Kate (Fuller) was up in the second set on her court, so it looked like three matches that we were doing really well. The other matches, their players just played better than we did."
