1998 Cross Country Season (Junior): Another excellent season, running in five races with four Top-8 finishes ... Was Stanford's top runner (fifth place overall) at the NCAA's to gain All-America honors, and help lead the team to a third place finish ... Helped Stanford win the Pac-10 and NCAA Regional-8 titles, finishing third and eighth, respectively.

1997 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Placed 20th (Stanford's second-best runner) at the NCAA's to gain All-America honors and help Stanford finish second as a team ... Helped Stanford to the team titles at the NCAA West Regionals (third) and the Pac-10 Championships (fifth) ... Captured first place in the season opener at the Nevada Invitational and seventh at the Stanford Invitational.

1996 Cross Country Season (Freshman): A valuable member of the NCAA cross country winning team ... Ran in five races, including the Pac-10 Championships and the NCAA District-8 meet ... At the 1996 USAT&F Jr. National Cross Country Championships, captured first place.

Indoors, she ran the final leg of the Stanford distance medley relay team which finished eighth to gain All-America honors.
