Virginia Commonwealth Head Coach Paul Kostin -

"I give all the credit to Tennesseee. They dug down and won a tough match. But I also give credit to our team. It looked pretty bad there for awhile early in singles, but we battled back and I thought we might be able to pull it out. We couldn't do it, but we sure gave it a great effort."

Tennessee Co-Head Coach Mike Patrick -

"This is incredible for Tennessee. We just have a special group of kids who have stepped up again. After doubles we came back with just enough intensity, and used our heart to bring it home."
